I had the opportunity to personally experience that he is one of Türkiye's leading physicians in the field of hand surgery.

I consulted him due to a fracture in my 4th and 5th fingers of my left hand, resulting from a fall. We reached him through the recommendation of a relative who had previously undergone successful surgery performed by Dr. Mehmet. Two other doctors I had consulted before him had said that treatment would necessarily involve surgery and wire application.

However, despite his busy schedule, Dr. Mehmet examined us quickly. After the necessary tests, he explained the surgical plan in detail. As a white-collar worker, I use the keyboard with ten fingers for my job. Therefore, it was of great importance to me that my fingers did not suffer any loss of function. During this process, I better understood how specialized and advanced a field hand surgery is.

I also received extremely positive references about Dr. Mehmet from a relative who had worked with him at Baltalimanı Bone Hospital. The fact that he was trained in the school of thought of Professor Kahraman Öztürk, who made significant contributions to the development of hand surgery in Türkiye, was another important factor supporting my decision.

The pre-operative preparation, the operation itself, and the post-operative follow-up process were extremely successful. My recovery progressed faster than I expected. Even the hidden sutures he used during the operation were a beautiful demonstration of how much he valued his patient's comfort and aesthetic outcome.

A friend of mine who experienced a similar fracture around the same time was operated on by a different doctor, and his recovery process took approximately three months longer than mine. I, however, have achieved approximately 99% of the range of motion in my fingers after physical therapy. The remaining very small portion is expected to improve over time as the swelling completely subsides.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Professor Mehmet once again for his care, approach, and successful treatment from beginning to end. I wholeheartedly recommend this surgeon to anyone seeking a reliable, experienced, and meticulous hand surgeon.

I went to see Dr. Mehmet because of a tendon impingement in my shoulder. Thanks to the treatment he applied, I regained my health and was able to return to sports. He is a doctor who does his job properly. You can go to him with peace of mind. We need more doctors like him in our country.

I suffered an accident at home that resulted in the rupture of four tendons in my left hand. After arriving at the hospital, Professor Mehmet Baydar and the other doctors performed my surgery within 1-2 hours. I was discharged the next day, and we resolved the remaining issues with physical therapy. Since I actively use my hand for work, complete recovery was very important to me, and it was. I would also like to thank Professor Ahmet Danacı and the department assistant Fatih Bey for their assistance during the surgery process; they helped us in every way as quickly as possible.
